Leadership North Dakota Cohort Application

Tuition: $3200 (Includes all meals, hotels, entertainment and transportation once the participant has arrived at the specified location in each designated city)

Cancellation Policy: Because enrollment is limited, it is important that those selected to participate in Leadership North Dakota let the University of Mary know as soon as possible if they cannot attend. A 25% fee of the cost of tuition ($800) will be charged for any cancellations up to the virtual orientation. There will be no refunds after orientation.

Attendance: Attendance at all sessions is required for graduation. Please make sure to reference the scheduled session dates at the top of the page to ensure that you can be mindfully present at each and every session in its entirety.

By signing (typing full name) below, I am in full understanding of the purpose of Leadership North Dakota and agree to the commitment required of both my time and person. I will devote the required time and energy needed to fulfill that commitment. I will demonstrate courtesy by arriving on time and being prompt throughout the scheduled sessions. I also commit to refrain from conducting unrelated business throughout my time at Leadership North Dakota. I understand the time requirement, attendance policy, and cancellation policy and my typed name shall act as my signature and reflect that I am in full agreement.
